Abstract

One-Time Pad is one of the most secure encryption technique used to secure highly confidential information over the un-secure network. First, OTP is explained with example. Then it is implemented in MATLAB. The implementation of OTP consists of recording, encryption, and decryption functions, which makes heavy use of MATLAB‟s GUI.
